Your comments are listed in italics; our responses are in a plain font. Grading Plan 1. Show detail of the swale. Added details to the grading plan and the drainage area map. The Detail includes the 100 year water surface in the ditch. S WPPP Plan 2. Show where the concrete washout will be? Added washout area along with the spoil area to the SWPPP plan. 3. Ensure that silt fence through the swale will be adequate for erosion control. Added additional silt fence. The new drainage area map should show the parking lot as separate drainage with the appropriate "e" factor... We added sheet CG 1.05A and drainage area map for the new construction showing the revised "C" factor and the revised drainage areas for the new and existing parking lot. 5. Show the proposed swale and provide and submit the calculation for the run-ff from the parking lot and the properties to the east that discharge into the swale... Added details to the grading plan and the drainage area map. The Detail includes the 100 year water surface in the ditch for the existing and new parking lot. See Sections "A-A" and Section "B-B".
