UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SITE, THE TECHNICIAN WAS INFORMED THAT PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED PROCTOR PICKUP
WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED FOR 01/08/08 DUE TO CONFUSION BETWEEN THE DEVELOPER AND THE CONTRACTOR.
