Construction Plan Review Comments
The City ofCoppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Drainae:e Area Map
1. Discharge in drainage area E should be collected on site.
Pavine: Plan
2. If there will be no installation of a lime subgrade beneath the paving an additional}" of concrete must
be added, a written request for a waiver and a geotechnical report must be submitted to the City.
Utility Plan
3. The general notes appear to be inaccurate, please refer the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance and
Standard Details.
4. A double check valve should be installed on the irrigation service line and domestic service line.
5. An additional cleanout should be installed at the bend in the sewer line nearest to Denton Tap.
6. Provide detail of storm drain connection in Belt Line Rd. and provide the traffic control plan for this
work.
Erosion Control
7. Although the surrounding property elevations are shown to be higher, it is recommended that a silt
fence be installed around entire project site for preventative measures.
There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need attention as well. Please make the
necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
