Dear Mr. Garza:
We have the following responses to your letter dated January 18, 2008:
Drainage Area Map
1. We are unable to comply with your request to change the direction of flow for Area
E. If we were to comply, we would need to sink the site in a hole in order to accom-
modate the drainage. This would not be a good situation for the owner nor the City.
Pavina Plan
2. We have added an actual paving plan sheet to the set of plans. The indicate the
thickness of concrete and lime stabilization in accordance with the soils report. We
have attached the pavement section of the report for your review.
Utility Plan
3. We have revised the general notes to state that all work shall be in accordance with
the City of Coppell details and specifications. I could not find any general notes
other than specific construction notes on the website.
4. Double check valves added to all services.
5. We added the additional cleanout as requested.
6. We added a note with instructions for the connection to the box culvert.
Erosion Control
7. We added the silt fence around the entire site as requested.
Attached are two sets of revised plans and one City mark-up. If you should have any
