Dear Mr. Griffin:
As per the Interlocal Agreement between DWU and the City of Coppell, DWU provided
construction funding in the amount of $956,425.00 on September 3, 1998. DWU records indicate
all items related to DWU facilities have been constructed and accepted by DWU. Our records also
indicate that there are excess DWU funds remaining in appropriation for this project. Please
forward the remaining DWU funds to the City of Dallas so that we can close this contract.
