1. Paint vault lids blue
2. Vaults need to be 3" higher than ground grade
3. Paperwork on two DC's in vaults. Meter number, meter reading, and serial number
off DC's to Service Center.
4. Check for two DC's paperwork
5. lbird FH from southwest vault needs blue street marker button
6. Need to work three FH valves in north parking lot - covered by cars at the time of
inspection.
7. Need extension on FH valve to Building 6, northeast of Building 7
8. Mark FHV in red on curb and paint lid red
9. First MH west of building needs chimney seal
10. Second MH needs chimney seal
11. Third manhole needs chimney seal, rainpan, and grate. Pipe inside MH
