Enclosed are 10 copies of all revised sheets and an attached letter detailing the changes
made to the civil plans. Please note we have addressed all City of Lewisville comments
and resubmitted to them this morning.

Plan Changes

The following revisions have been made from the Original Bid Set. Refer to the
Architects Building Plans for details. These changes are reflected in all sheets with
a plan view.
1. Refer to the Cover Sheet:
a. Revised Sheet Matrix
2. Refer to the Replat, sheets 1;
a. Revised Firelane/Access easements;
b. Added 12 foot sidewalk easement at northwest corner.
c. Revised 20' sanitary sewer easement location
3. Refer to the Ex. Conditions/Demolition Plan sheet:
a. Noted removal of two ex. Curb inlets on Highland Drive.
4. Refer to the Dimension Control Plan sheet:
a. Added the 12' sidewalk easement along the south right-of-way line of
Highland Drive;
b. Revised location of the eastern driveway leading out to Highland Drive;
c. Added a decellane at the western drive on to Highland Drive;
d. Modified the parking and loading area behind the Retail Bldg.
4. Refer to the Paving Plan sheet:
a. Modified the limits of Heavy Duty Pavement at the revised driveways;
b. Modified hatching for Light Duty Pavement in the Drive- Thru area and
behind the Retail Bldg.;
c. Added a handicap access route for the site to connect to Denton Tap Road;
5. Refer to the Highland Drive Traffic Control Plan sheet:
a. Added a decellane at the western on to Highland Drive.
6. Refer to the Paving Details sheet:
a. Revised the TxDOT Paving Section;
b. Added a note pertaining to the paving of the Denton Tap driveways.

a. Revised grading due to driveway relocation.
b. Revised grading due to new parking layout behind retail.
8. Refer to the Storm Drain Plan sheet:
a. Added two (2) new curb inlets on Highland Drive to replace two (2)
ex. Curb inlets previously demolished & removed.
9. Refer to the Erosion Control Plan sheet:
a. Added curb inlet protection to inlets along Highland Dr.
10. Refer to the Water Plan sheet:
a. Domestic Line & Meter for Market Street is 2"
b. Irrigation Meters are 1 %"
c. Resized the Market Street Fire Line to 8"
c. Revised the 8" fire line connection for Market Street to connect to private
system
d. Revised 8" private line in Lot 4.
11. Refer to the Sanitary Sewer Plan & Profile sheets:
a. Modified Line 'A' location and added 1 additional manhole.
