Dear Mr. Griffin:
On January 1 ih, 2008, Pacheco Koch performed an on the ground survey of the
constructed detention pond for the referenced project under the guidance of a
Registered Professional Land Surveyor. After reviewing the survey pond topography
against the City-approved Point West VII construction plans and finding that the pond
substantially conforms to the plans, Pacheco Koch takes no exception to the pond
configuration.
