WERE OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
1.) OLYMPIA LANE AT CENTERLINE ADJACENT TO PAD 10
2.) KNIGHT WAY AT CENTERLINE ADJACENT TO PAD 2
LABORATORY TEST RESULTS FOR ALL RELATED ITEMS REFERENCED ABOVE WILL FOLLOW ON A SEPARATE
REPORT
AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SCHEDULED TESTING, THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED TO THE DALLAS OFFICE.
