Dear Mr. Sperling:
In accordance with the executed contract documents on the
referenced project, this is the Notice to Proceed. You are
hereby requested to proceed with construction on this
project on June 24, 1991. The allowable construction time
is sixty (60) calendar days. Therefore, the date of
completion is August 22, 1991.
Please contact Carol Knewitz at 650-1200 (work) to arrange
a meeting to discuss any questions about the construction
process and its possible impact on her property.
Distribute copies of the enclosed flyer announcing this
project to area residences 48 hours prior to construction
as discussed in the preconstruction meeting.
