Dear Mr. Garza:
We have the following responses to your letter dated February 13, 2008:
Pavina Plan
Based on the soils report ( copy attached), the rate of lime is specified at 27lbs/sy.
Therefore, we did not change the rate as shown on the plans.
Utility Plan
1. We have revised the general notes to state that all work shall be in accordance
with the City of Coppell details, specifications, and subdivision ordinance. We
have also removed all notes except the site specific notes.
2. We have added a note that the contractor will provide the City with Traffic Control
Plan for approval prior to any construction in the right-of-way.
Attached are two sets of revised plans, two City mark-ups and a copy of the soils report
on pavement. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
