Dear Mr. Griffin:
We often play in our driveway with our children and place orange cones in the alleyway as a friendly
reminder to residents, contractors, visitors, etc., to please be cautious. We greatly appreciate your
placement of the 10Mph speed limit signs in the alleyway bordered by Hearthwood (E) and Tealwood
(W) and running adjacent to Wynnpage and Wrenwood. We believe the speed limit signs will also
serve as a friendly reminder and we are thankful they are there.
In discussing with other residents of Wynnpage Estates, we found that our concern is trumpeted
throughout the development. The attached petition is led by block leaders who have also
undersigned below.
We would appreciate your consideration of placing the speed limit signs in all of our alleyway
entrances, thereby making the entire subdivision safer and consistent for our residents, especially our
children. Please submit any correspondence to all of the undersigned.

We the undersigned are petitioning to have the Department of Engineering and Traffic Control place
10mph speed limit signs in the entrances to our alleyways. We believe this will serve as a friendly
reminder to residents, contractors, visitors, etc., to please be cautious. We often play with our
children and/or see other children playing in their driveways and the signs would be of assistance.
We appreciate the placement of the signs in the alleyway adjacent to Wynn page and Wrenwood.
