As per your request I have checked our files, and have reviewed related
documents. To my knowledge, the City has not approached the developer
and/or the engineer of Summer Place Addition to request their
participation in resolving this drainage problem.
It is the staff's intent to pursue this matter and we will keep you
informed of the progress.
