Dear Ms. Sperling:
This is to notify you that on March 26, 1991, the city Council
of Coppell, Texas awarded M-S Utilities the referenced project
on the basis of Alternate C in the amount Of $?4,604.53. We
have enclosed five (5) copies each of the following=
1. Bid Schedule
2. Standard Form of Agreement
3. Performance Bond Form
4. Payment Bond Form
Please execute all copies of the Bid Schedule and Standard Form
of Agreement and have your surety complete the bond forms.
Also, please furnish a certificate of insurance for coverage as
required bythe City. (The limits of coverage will be sent to
you under separate cover.)
After execution, please return all copies to us. We will then
secure signatures by the city and return two copies of the
complete set of Contract Documents to you.
