Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and with the following comments
addressed they will be approved.
Plat
1. Include the standard flood plain administrator block.
2. Include a 20'X20' easement for the future vault.
3. Create a 20' drainage easement document for all storm drain; we will keep it in our file
for the future if needed.
General
4. Refer to standard detail 2050 of the City of Coppell Construction Standard Details
Utility Plan
5. The Future FDC should be on the same side of the fire lane as the fire hydrant.
The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should
submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All
contractors and subcontractors on site must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of
Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction details.
