The three originally executed and filed copies of the drainage
easement documents, dedicated by Ms. Carol Knewitz, in (Shadydale
Acres, Tract 4-A) has been forwarded to the City Secretary's office
to the attention of Patsy or Dorothy Timmons today. One copy was
mailed to Carol Knewitz. Also, please see attached copies for your
reference.
