Re: Oak Trail Drainage
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
This is to inform you of the status of the Oak Trail
Drainage project. We met with Larry Davis and Jim
Ragsdale on January 31, 1991, at which time we were
instructed to proceed with the advertising of the project.
We immediately sent a "Notice to Contractors" to Texas
Contractor, Dodge Reports and about ten contractors. Thus
far, three contractors have secured the plans.
The bid date will be 10:00 a.m. on February 19, 1991. Ads
will run in the Coppell paper on the 8th and the 15th of
February.
I understand that you are aware of the question about the
size of the inlet at the beginning of the proposed storm
sewer. The plans have been corrected by enlarging the
size of the inlet to accommodate the proposed 33-inch
pipe.
