REF: Point West, Lot 3, Block C, 1525 S. Belt Line
1. Need papelWork on all DC's for irrigation
2. Raise meter cans to grade
3_ Clean domestic to lower fittings
4. Clean around pipes in meter cans for irrigation and dom. DC's
5. Need to lock two vault lids
6. Vaults need to be dry to insp.; full of water.
7. Vaults need to be 3" higher than grade for drainage around vaults
8. Need blocking under valves in vaults.
9. Repair first FH from second vault on Belt Line
10. Paint lid on second FH valve red
1 I. Raise second FH; too low, needs extension
12. Paint lid to FLV to building red
13. VauJts grate around pipes coming into vault
14. Mark CO in red on curb at sewer clean outs
