at 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please notify the franchised utility companies, contractors, sub-contractors, testing lab
and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative present. If you

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION
MEETING NOTIFICATION
The owner I owner's representative will be notified of the date, time and place of
the pre-construction meeting once it is scheduled by the Construction Inspector
assigned to the project.
It is the owner / owner representative's responsibility to notify the following
parties:
. Franchise Utilities (including but not limited to electric, gas, cable, &
telephone providers)
. Geotechnical firm
. Project Engineer
. Contractors or subcontractors for excavation, utility, & paving operations
. SWPPP representative
