Dear Ms. Knewitz:
We are submitting, for your signature,three (3) drainage easement
dedication documents for the purpose of granting to the City of
Coppell, Texas, a 20.00 ft. by 270.52 ft. easement in the
Shadydale Acres addition of the G. W. Jack Survey, tract 4-A,
abstract No. 694. (See attachments)
Please review, sign, and return the easement document to the City
of Coppell, Engineering Department, 732 DeForest Road, Coppell,
Tx 75019, by December 18, 1990. It is Staff's intend to
tentatively place this item on Jan 8, 1990 City Council Agenda.
