RE: Availability of City Utilities
Vista Ridge Retail
Dear Mr. Doggett:
This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities to the
referenced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is currently an 8" water line in the south right-of-way of Highland Dr. and a 12" water line in the
west right-of-way of Denton Tap Road. There is an 8" water line on the north right-of-way of S.H.121
access road.
SANIT ARY SEWER:
There is currently a 12" sewer line that is located in the north right-of-way of SH 121 access road,
adjacent to this property.
STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing TX 6' RCB that is stubbed out to this property from SH 121. There is also a 60"
RCP that is stubbed out from Denton Tap Rd.
As always, in the development of the property you should determine if the existing utilities available to
this site are adequate to serve your proposed development. If you have any questions or comments you
