Weather Delays
Dear Lance:
The City of Coppell has received your request to credit additional time on the referenced
project due to weather delays. In response to your request, you must demonstrate the
delay caused an adverse impact to the critical path and that loss of time can not be made
up by revising the sequence of the work of the project as noted in Section 3, Standard
Specifications, Supplementary Conditions, ITEM 1.36.
Once the City has reviewed your demonstration as specified, we will make a
determination at that time.
