Dear Mr. Smith
We are receipt of your request to add additional time to the project. No
determination can be made at this time regarding your claims based upon the
information you provided. If you wish to pursue a delay claim, please provide a
schedule showing your critical path for completion along with an explanation of
any unusual or extenuating circumstances which support your request. The
claim will need to be jointly evaluated at that time with the City of Coppell since
the project time is for concurrent work in the jurisdiction of both cities.
