Ms. Carolyn Knewitz has returned her comments regarding the
easement document and this information has been forwarded to Mr.
Paul Tucker with DeShazo, Starek & Tang for review and correction.
Mr. Tucker is expected to return the easement document by December
13, 1990, at which time Mrs. Knewitz will be requested to finalize
the easement document with her signature.
We will keep you informed of this matter, with the intent to place
the easement document on the January 8, 1991 City Council Agenda.
