Re: City of CoppeU Final Acceptance - Point West Infrastructure
Dear Ken:
This letter is to serve as a formal request for final acceptance of the aforementioned project with the following
conditions.
1) Installation of ILNS signs on the Belt Line RoadlDividend Road traffic signal (complete on/about
Feb 29)
2) Installation of Clary battery backup on the Belt Line RoadlDividend Road traffic signal (complete
on/about March 14)
3) Affidavit of payment from Durable Specialties (complete on/about March 14)
As the issues listed above are minor in scope with relation to the overall project, we request a final acceptance of
the overall Lesley Infrastructure project with the conditions and accompanied time lines listed above.
Additionally, I have attached the formal request for the remaining funds spelled out in the Developer's
Agreement to be distributed.
