The lack of proper erosion control on the above captioned project is an issue that must be
corrected prior to final acceptance of the infrastructure improvements. As of today's date
there are four main items of concern on your project. Those items are as follows:
1. No SWPPP posting is visible on the project as required by TCEQ.
2. The completed inlets on the interior of the project have no erosion control devices
on them.
3. The existing perimeter erosion control devices should be evaluated and repaired
as needed.
4. Interior erosion control should be provided.
