RE: Asbury Manor channel
Dear Mr. Kingsbury:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our January 2008 meeting in the field concerning the
channel in Asbury Manor. One question of concern was the rock and concrete channel south of
Westminster Way adjacent to Lots 1 & 2, Block 1 of Asbury Manor Addition. This letter shall
sen~e the following purposes:
1. From this date forward, the City of Coppell will assume maintenance for the concrete
portion of the channel contained within the 60' drainage and utility easement that is
contained within Common Open Space #3 which is between Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Asbury
Manor Addition.
2. The HOA will still be responsible for the mowing and maintenance of the grass at the top
of the channel that is contained within Common Open Space #3.
