Re: Oak Trail Drainage
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Enclosed are two sets of final plans for the Oak Trail
Drainage project. We will complete the specifications
when a bid date has been set. The drainage easement and
exhibit were sent to you yesterday under separate cover.
As discussed with Mr. Larry Davis, we recommend that an
inlet not be added on the east side of Oak Trail Drive
because the drainage naturally flows toward the east away
from the street. Mr. Davis said he would try to
coordinate the uncovering of the existing sanitary sewer
line by city forces to more accurately determine its
elevation. This could prevent delays during construction.
