The City Council approved the enclosed Right-of-Way Use Agreement at their March 11, 2008
meeting. This agreement will allow the installation of monument signs in the medians of Dividend
Drive and Point West Boulevard.
Please sign on all three copies where indicated on Page 5 and have the Licensee's Acknowledgment
executed. When I have received the three signed copies, one completed agreement will be returned
