Oaktrail Drainage Project
The plans and specifications have been received and reviewed
by City Staff for the Oaktrail drainage project.
The mark up plans with review comments were sent to Mr. Glenn
Hilt with Deshazo, Starke and Tang for review, comment and
correction on Friday, August 24, 1990.
The items listed below are to be addressed by Mr. Hitt with
return comments.
1) Submit construction plans for final approval.
2) Submit easement documents for easement acquisition.
3) Submit sequence letter for bid advertisement of Oaktrail
Drainage project.
4) After sealed bids are received and opened the low bid must
be taken before City Council for approval.
