RE: Monument signs/landscaping - Point West
The signs were approved by council last week with the median agreement as the only condition. The
agreement itself goes back through council as well?

The license agreement for these signs needs to go to City Council for approval. We are working on the
text of the agreement, and will send it to you for consideration next week. We expect to take the
agreement to the March 11, 2008 City Council Meeting for approval.

of the landscape maintenance agreement, so that I can get them executed.
