At the April 9, 2008 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with this letter are four original contract documents. Please execute the documents;
provide the required bonds and return three of the originals to me. One of the originals is for
your file.
A preconstruction conference for this project will be scheduled when we have received the
executed documents. The inspector on this project will be Albert Samaniego. If you have any
