Please accept this letter as authorization to Yorkshire West Realty Advisors, LP and its
contractors and agents to have the right of access onto Lots 15 and 16 to grade, fill,
compact, perform and repair any dirt, grading and utility work as may be necessary to
complete the Grading/Utility Plan shown on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Such authorization is given with the express understanding that all such work listed
abov~ shall be at Yorkshire's sole cost and expense and comply with the City of
Coppell's inspection department.
Further, upon completion of such work, Lot 15 and 16 shall be free from any trash or
debris.
