Re: Right of Entry
To whom it may concern:
Our firm has been contracted by the City of Coppell to do field surveying, utility location
and data collection for Freeport Parkway from Sandy lake Drive to Ruby Road. It will be
necessary for our survey crew to locate property corners so that we can establish where
the existing right-of-way lines are. We may need to locate and tie in the location of your
rear property comers as well. To perform this task, we are asking for your permission to
enter your property. For various reasons, we may need to enter your property more than
once. If you would, please provide your phone number we will try to contact you before
we come.
Our survey trucks will clearly be identified by our name and logo on the sides. While on
your property, our personnel will conduct themselves in a professional manner with
consideration to you and your property.
Accompanying this letter is a Right of Entry form. Please fill this out and return it either
by mail or fax it to my attention at (817)332-7756. For your protection and ours, a
response is required.

Right of Entry
That City of Coopell, "Owner" does hereby grant and extend to the City of Coppell, Texas, and or its
contractors and assigns involved in the Freeport Parkway project the right of entry over and across my
property, in conjunction with projected construction or maintenance of Freeport Parkway.
This Right of Entry is for the purpose of field surveying, utility location and data collection.
It is expressly understood that this Right of Entry in no way waives or affects Owner's right to receive
compensation for any damages to Owner's remaining property occasioned by said project, said rights
being hereby especially reserved unto Owner, Owner's heirs, successors and assigns.
This Right of Entry shall expire upon completion of the project by The City ofCoppell, Texas.
