Re: Bethel Business Park
Matt
This is a follow up to your emaillast week concerning the driveways on Bethel. Your development should
pour through their stamped concrete section. I'm not sure how this aligns with the curb return. Our
contractor will pour the concrete from your stamped concrete section to Bethel Road.
The em ail response below was sent on 12/13/2007 and basically states the same thing.
I'm out of the office until tomorrow. If you want to discuss this further let me know.

Keith - Can you work this out with Tieso so they pour driveway concrete up to the stamped concrete
section that will be poured by the development?
Thanks, ken g
Matt
The way these situations are typically handled is that the development pours through their stamped
concrete section and then transitions back to the existing road with asphalt. There is no need to provide
the asphalt transition in this situation, but you would need to pour through the stamped concrete section.
The timeline for this section of Bethel Road was by the end of the year. With the recent weather change
we do not believe they will make that schedule. Most likely this section will happen in mid to late January.
Sorry I didn't get your call returned yesterday. Every Wednesday is non stop staff meetings. Is this what
you needed to discuss or do we still need to touch base about something else?
Let me know.

Ken - a question for you - on Bethel Road we have two driveway access points. It would appear we may
pave before Bethel Road. What are our limits of construction? The most sense would be to pour to the
curb returns and constructing a header. Then Tiseo paves from back of curb to the return. This is
obviously not in their original scope, but would not be necessary if they were on schedule. For us to pour
to the curb line would probably cause more problems than it solved. Any thoughts? What is the schedule
for this section of Bethel Road?
