Residents Asked to Thesday Meeting
on S. Coppell Road Reconstruction
In relation to reconstruction
of S. Coppell Road from Sandy
Lake Road to Cooper Lane, resi-
dents are invited to attend a pub-
lic meeting Tuesday, April 15, at
7:00p.m., in the Wilson Elemen-
tary School gymnasium. The
meeting will be conducted by the
City's engineering department,
according to City Engineer Ken
Griffm.
The construction will be
controversial, Griffin said, be-
cause the road will need to be
made one-way going north dur-
ing the project. The meeting is
being called to explain the deci-
sion, construction plans, and the
length of the road closure.

Farmers Market Opens This Saturday
The Coppell Farmers Mar-
ket season will begin this Sat-
urday, April 12, from 8:00 a.m.
until sellout in old downtown at
S. Cappel I and W. Bethel
fresh vegetables, meats and
other products.
The Farmers Market will
continue every Saturday until
late fall. Several special
