Construction Plan Review Comments
Mr. Garza:
We have revised the construction plans in accordance to your plan review comments dated
December 12, 2007. The specific plan revision to each of your comments is addressed
below in red following your plan review comment.
I. Construct ramps and sidewalk to meet ADA standards.
The note on the sIte plan was revised to require ADA compliance.
2. Will you be using lime stabilization for the pavement? If not, you will need to increase the
thickness and provide us with a waiver letter and the geotechnical report.
Line stabIlized subgrade was added to the concrete pavement sedion detalZ
3. Provide a cross section for the proposed swale.
A cross sedion for the swale was added to sheet C3.
4. Ensure that the silt fence through the swale will be adequate for erosion control.
The swale along the rear has a high point in the center of the property and drains both
north and south. These drainage areas are extremely small, thus the silt fence around
the inlet and along the property should be adequate. No addJtional measures are
required.
5. Make the drainage areas more legible, label AI. A2, A3 on the map.
The drainage area lines were darkened as requested.
6. Show how you will install the sanitary sewer under the existing driveway
A note was added to the plan and profile that the sewer shall be installed by bore
under the existing dnveway.
