As you know I met with Glen Hitt and Dave Lucado of DeShazo Starek
& Tang on May 1, 1990, and as per the draft letter to you, they
claim more services have been provided than budgeted for (see
attached draft letter with no invoice attached).
PZease also note that on May 4, 1990 I received the proposal from
DeSnazo Starek & Tang as per our discussion in order to address the
f~w items that needed to be addressed, such as utility conflict,
e%c.., in addition to construction administration (see attached).
