This letter is to confirm that reinforcing for pavement up to and including 8-inch
thickness may consist of the equivalent of#3 bars (metric #10) spaced 24 inches on-
center. No significant increase in the location or frequency of random shrinkage cracks
has been experience with this spacing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
