The City of Coppell wishes to develop a Cemetery and Funeral Home on the northeast
comer of Ruby Road and Freeport Parkway, in Coppell, TX. Please see attached maps
for the location of the proposed project and the site plan for the building and site
elements.
Please review the attached to determine whether or not an archeological exploration is
necessary prior to beginning construction of this project. Note that time is of the essence
as the project has been bid and a contract awarded.
