This is the initial memo placing this work activity into the Public
Works Department tickler system.
S,,mmary/Explanation:
Hill Drive is under final design Oak Trail design services was
approved by the City Council on 9/26/89. The Deputy City
Manager/Finance Director has asked for the contract to tightened
up and the last sentence of the first paragraph on page two of the
contract was modified by the Consultant and faxed to the City on
October 16, 1989 and is in transit to Frank Trando for review and
approval. As of 10/26/89 the contract was.approved a/nd two/21
copies were given to Frank Trando.
Check Date: The next status report on this project will be given
on November 1, 1989.
