Dear Mrs. Olmstead:
This letter is intended to finalize the offer from the City of Coppell to acquire a sidewalk
easement across your property located at 534 Cooper Lane. The city appreciates you
willingness to work with us throughout this negotiation process. We will continue to be
available as issues arise during the construction phase of this project.
Parcel 5 is a 5' x 5' corner clip located at the southwest corner of your lot at the
intersection of Coppell Road and Cooper Lane. Corner clips are normally required at
street intersections where pedestrian improvements such as sidewalks and access ramps
are constructed.
This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of easement as
follows:

Construction is scheduled to start near the end of May 2008 and the city needs to acquire
the easement as soon as possible. If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and
return to this oflice. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $2,650.00
can start. Once the check is available we will schedule a time for you and Travis to come
by the office and sign the easement documents and receive the check
