Anderson Survey, Abstract No. 18, City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and being a portion of Lot 1, Block G, of Coppell Village, an addition to the CityofCoppell and recorded in Volume 80247, Page 0001 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, said tract being now or previously owned by Daniel L.
