When all items are complete as shown on the approved construction plans, please contact me and a final walk-thru can be scheduled. Listed below are items that need to be addressed prior to final walk-thru. 1. Repair/replace the asphalt pavement repair at the street cuts on Bethel Rd. 2. Replace damaged and missing grass in the parkway adjacent to subdivision Summit at the Springs of Bethel Rd. 3. Replace damaged grass off of Denton Tap Rd. where the water tap is located. 4. Complete the sidewalk adjacent to Denton Tap Rd. as the plans show. (construction plan sheet # 9) 5. Complete the abandonment of the sanitary sewer manholes per the City of Coppell standard construction details. (construction plan sheet # 7) 6. Provide and maintain interior erosion control. 7. Provide and maintain exterior erosion control. (construction plan sheet # 10) 8. Clean all roadways prior to final walk-thru. 9. Submit mark-ups for the project to the Engineer of record for record drawings and provide record drawings. 10. Verify lot elevations and complete grading. (construction plan sheet # 9 - provide verification letter) 11. Provide utility, paving and erosion control maintenance bond. 12. Provide test results on sanitary sewer. (tv, mandrel, psi) 13. Wall verification on wall that exceeds 5' in height.
