and firmly bound unto City of Coppell, P.O. Box 9478, Coppell, Texas 75019, as Obligee, in the
total sum of Forty -eight thousand six hundred seven and no /100 ($48,607.00
Dollars for the payment whereof said Principal and Surety bind themselves, jointly and severally,
as provided herein.
WHEREAS, the Principal entered into a contract with DooleyMack Constructors of Texas, L.P. for
Public Water, Sanitary Sewer & Storm Drain for CVS Pharmacy #3187, Coppell, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the Principal
shall maintain and remedy said Work free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of Two (2) year(s) from the date of acceptance of the Work (Maintenance Period), then this
obligation shall be void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that any suit under this bond shall be commenced no later than one (1)
year form the expiration date of the Maintenance Period; provided, however, that if this limitation
is prohibited by any law controlling the construction hereof, such limitation shall be deemed to be
amended so as to be equal to the minimum period of limitation permitted by such law, and said
period of limitation shall be deemed to have accrued and shall commence to run on the expiration
date of the Maintenance Period.

RE: City Sidewalk — Kimbel Kourt Road
Dear Mr. Witt:
In accordance to our previous conversations, the City of Coppell does hereby agree to
pay for city sidewalk in Coppell Right -of -Way pursuant to Winkelmann & Associates
plan attached hereto.
The sidewalk, ramps, pavers, slope and curb /paving demolition shall be built to City
specifications. The invoice total amount is $8,887.50. Attached is supporting
subcontractor billing.
