Fee Assessment Letter (Impact fee for the difference of a 3/4" meter and 1" meter)
Dear Mr. Hemati:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table which shows difference in
cost from the original meter, a 3/4'" meter to a 1" meter. Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the
City of Coppell in the amount of $1246.16. These fees for water/wastewater impact and the water meter
fee need to be paid by check at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be
ordered when those fees are paid.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look
