This is a hold harmless letter, as the owner of 236 Beechwood Dr. I shall indemnify and
forever hold harmless the City of Coppell for any work done on my property to repair the
damaged caused by erosion in my backyard and in the drainage easement. I grant the
City of Coppell permission to access my property and remove and replace my fence if
necessary .
