Dear Ms. Gustin:
I received today a fax from the owner of Quantum Contracting stating that your company
had done work as subcontractors for Quantum in the past, but he was unable to provide
dates or locations. A search of our records revealed a private project in the vicinity of the
address you provided that was in progress during the time frame you indicated.
I filled in spaces on the form you sent with the information we have, and am returning
same to you. In addition, I have included my request to Quantum and their reply to me.
Also enclosed is the Final Acceptance letter to the developer of the private project,
Riverchase Townhomes Addition.
