Construction Plan Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
General
1. Include "Vista Ridge Retail" on the Cover Sheet.
2. Remove landscape and irrigation plans from the civil set.
Pavine. Plan
3. Refer to City of Coppell Detail sheet 2050 for construction joints.
4. A lime waiver request should be submitted along with the geotechnical report and
the concrete thickness increased by an inch.
Drainae.e Plan
5. All runoff must be collected onsite. (Areas D,E,F).
Erosion Control Plan
6. Use inlet protection on missing inlet in Denton Tap Rd.
The City of Coppell has reviewed the plans for the referenced addition and with the
comments above addressed they will be approved.
The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office
should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction
operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans
approved by the City of Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction
details.

All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a
2% inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This
includes dirt work, paving, storm drains, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that
are private. For all installations in the public right-of-way or easement, the City charges a
4% fee. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to
this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of
the Construction Site Notice. For your convenience a spreadsheet is attached to the
permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s)
should be attached for verification purposes. If you have any questions, please contact
