UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SITE, THE TECHNICIAN WAS INFORMED THAT PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED DENSITY TESTIN
WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED FOR BACKFILL RETAINING WALL DUE TO AREA NOT READY.
SAM WAS INFORMED OF ALL OBSERVATIONS AND FIELD TEST RESULTS.
THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED TO 1:
